Dr. Terry Spencer Raises Money for the Dr. Paul Zimmerman Memorial JA Longest Day of Golf

JA LogoDr. Spencer had the pleasure of participating in the Dr. Paul Zimmerman Memorial JA Longest Day of Golf in 2011. The longest day of golf raises funds for Junior Achievement, a non-profit organization that helps prepare our youth to succeed with future economic and workforce issues. JA was one of Dr. Zimmerman’s volunteer activities and his efforts along with others have raised over $430,500 for JA over the past 9 years. During this event, golfers play from dawn till dusk, attempting to play 100 holes (over 5 rounds) of golf. For the second year in a row, the event has been named in Paul’s honor.

Please consider making a donation to this worthwhile cause to help Dr. Spencer raise a minimum of $2500 to participate in the event on August 16, 2012, at The Golf Club at Red Rock . Any pledge, small or large, is appreciated and all of the proceeds support JA programs in Rapid City.
